Our software acts as a full-suite operating system, helping clubs manage memberships, court reservations, programming, events, billing, communications, and more. As a private equity-backed, high-growth company, we’re focused on scaling our business while continuing to deliver exceptional experiences for our customers.

We’re building a modern finance organization that goes beyond traditional accounting. By investing in best-in-class systems, automation, and data, Finance serves as a strategic partner to the business—providing insights that help drive better decisions and support long-term growth.

Position Summary

We’re seeking an experienced and motivated Assistant Controller to join our growing Finance team. While this role is grounded in accounting and financial reporting, it extends well beyond the traditional Assistant Controller position.

You’ll have meaningful exposure to executive decision-making and play a key role in helping build a scalable finance organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys wearing multiple hats, leveraging technology to solve problems, improving business processes, and helping shape how finance operates in a modern SaaS company.

As we continue to grow, you’ll play an important role in modernizing our finance technology stack, including our transition from QuickBooks Online to Rillet, expanding our use of Snowflake for financial reporting and analytics, improving reporting capabilities, and identifying opportunities to leverage automation and AI to make Finance more efficient and scalable.
