Key Accountabilities:
Sales Management
- Lead sales teams to meet budget goals for orders monthly, quarterly and annually
- Champion the sales process including the use of CRMs such as Salesforce
- Manage sales budgets & trackers for the three divisions and ensure all teams are effectively using Salesforce CRM for client management and forecasting inventory needs. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and provide analysis and insights to executive management. Use sales data to make informed decisions about sales strategies, tactics, consumer trends and ideas.
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with the company’s overall goals and objectives and that identify new opportunities for growth.
- Review and modify as needed sales targets for all sales channels within the region and monitor performance against those targets. Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Ensure the highest level of communication, engagement, results and customer satisfaction with all distributors and key customers within the division.
Operations Oversight
- Oversee Regional Branch Operations Managers and their teams ensuring safe operation of all equipment, service activity, vehicles at owned/leased site locations & customer sites
- Ensure all quality, delivery , service and cost requirements are met
- Ensure compliance to all national and local regulations appropriate for the local business
Leadership
- Lead, mentor, coach and develop the team of Regional and Site Managers, District Managers and Operations Managers
- Foster a high-performance culture focused on accountability, collaboration and continuous improvement
Financial Management
- Manage and achieve overall sales and operational budgets
- Deliver accurate sales and cost forecasts monthly and quarterly
Reporting and Analysis
- Deliver weekly financial tracker statistics
- Provide regular performance updates
- Maintain data to support regular budget planning and updates to meet corporate goals
Strategic Expansion
- Translate corporate goals and objectives into local action plans and expectations
- Identify and execute new branch locations, distributor partnerships and sales territory alignment

Area Metrics
Commercial: Revenue to budget, standard margin to budget, segment revenue to budget
Operational: On-time delivery, inventory accuracy, cost-to-serve
People: Employee engagement, turnover rates, leadership pipeline
Strategic: Execution of corporate initiatives including sales growth by location
