Cre8tive Technology & Design is seeking an AI Architect to support our business by designing, governing, and delivering secure AI-enabled software solutions, automation capabilities, data-driven applications, and enterprise integrations that improve business execution, product quality, and customer outcomes.

As an AI Architect, you will play a pivotal role in our Product Development Team by partnering with Product & Programs, Services, QA, Support, IT, and executive stakeholders. Your responsibilities will include serving as a technical leader to evaluate AI opportunities, define solution patterns, reduce manual work, improve operational visibility, and ensure AI capabilities are implemented responsibly, securely, and in alignment with company standards. 


How you will make an impact:

  • Design, develop, and maintain AI-enabled applications, automation solutions, data services, and integrations that support internal operations and customer-facing products.
  • Translate approved business requirements, functional designs, and technical specifications into scalable solution architectures and implementation plans.
  • Develop prototypes, proofs of concept, technical patterns, reusable components, and reference architectures that can be converted into production-ready solutions. 
  • Continuously add value, for Cre8tive and Cre8tive customers
  • Successfully complete software  projects on time, ensuring quality deliverables.

Requirements

 To qualify for this role, some of the considerations are:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent experience. 
  • 7+ years of relevant experience in software development, enterprise systems, solution architecture, ERP modernization, automation, integrations, or related technology leadership is preferred. 
  • Experience with Epicor Kinetic, Epicor 10.x, Application Studio, BPM, BAQ, dashboards, functions, REST V2 services, SSRS, Kinetic app layers, or Epicor integrations is preferred. 
  • Experience with Microsoft Azure, Azure DevOps, Microsoft 365, Power Platform, Dataverse, Power Automate, Power Apps, Copilot Studio, or related Microsoft cloud technologies is preferred.

  • Strong business judgment with the ability to connect technical decisions to customer impact, delivery predictability, solution      quality, and company strategy. 
  • Excellent written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to simplify complex      technical topics for technical and non-technical audiences. 
  • Practical AI mindset focused on secure adoption,  measurable business value, responsible data use, and solutions that reduce      complexity rather than add unnecessary overhead. 
Salary Description
