We utilize our proprietary Rally Lean System to keep our fleet partners on the road. We specialize in quality, fast paced, automotive body repairs on Fleet Vehicles.
Who You Are:
Rally Fleet is looking for skilled, self-motivated Mechanic who takes pride in quality work, efficiency, and organization. You’re comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, enjoy problem-solving, and understand the importance of accurate documentation and safe, clean workspaces
What You’ll Do:
- Perform necessary diagnostics and repairs on fleet vehicles
- Complete all required paperwork and documentation for jobs performe
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area
What You Need:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a mechanic
- Prior Rivian service experience is a bonus; strong mechanical experience is the priority.
- Valid driver’s license
- ASE Certification preferred
- Ability to lift heavy objects 20 – 75 lbs
- Reliable transportation
