What You'll Do
- Coordinate payroll processing and ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and regulations.
- Partner with leaders to monitor staffing needs and proactively manage open positions.
- Support recruiting efforts, onboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Maintain employee records and HR systems with precision and confidentiality.
- Assist leaders with HR-related questions, policies, and best practices.
- Help create and support initiatives that strengthen engagement, recognition, and workplace culture.

Qualifications
- Experience in Human Resources, Payroll, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Knowledge of payroll processes, employment practices, and HR systems.

- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.

Requirements
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources or business administration preferred.
Licenses/Certification
- PHR/SPHR certification preferred.
Experience
- One-year human resources and/or payroll experience required; Six months experience in a health care environment preferred.
