JOB SUMMARY: 


The Medical Expert Recruiter supports the identification, evaluation, and onboarding of highly qualified medical experts for litigation and consulting engagements. This role conducts clinical background research, interviews prospective experts, maintains accurate recruitment records, and collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless recruitment process. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, remote environment and demonstrates exceptional communication, organization, and relationship-building skills. 

Requirements

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Conduct clinical background research to identify and evaluate prospective medical expert candidates 
  • Screen and interview qualified physicians and healthcare professionals to assess their credentials, experience, and suitability 
  • Coordinate the onboarding of medical experts by collecting and maintaining all required documentation, including: 

                        Curriculum Vitae (CV) 

                        Business Associates Agreement (BAA) 

                        Medical Expert Profile 

                        Medical Examination and Travel Preferences  

                        General Expert Preferences 

                        Criminal and Malpractice History 

                        CV Editing Permissions 

                        Testimonial History 

                        Professional Headshot 

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date expert information across Smartsheet, Clio, Monday.com, Microsoft Dynamics, and other recruitment systems 
  • Support the coordination of prospective expert engagements in partnership with the Medical Expert Recruitment team 
  • Attend industry conferences and networking events to identify and recruit new medical experts 
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of quarterly Medical Expert newsletters and expert surveys 
  • Research and develop medical specialty and subspecialty content for the company website 
  • Participate in weekly department meetings and collaborate regularly with Case Management, Case Intake, Sales, and other cross-functional teams 
  • Support client development meetings alongside the Sales team as requested 
  • Contribute to panel expansion initiatives and ongoing recruitment strategies 
  • Pursue continuing education opportunities to strengthen medical specialty knowledge and recruitment expertise 
  • Perform additional duties and special projects assigned 
  • Ability to travel up to three times per year for conferences, team meetings, and company events

EDUCATION & TECHNICAL REQUIREMENTS: 

  • Bachelor's degree required 
  • Minimum of three years of clinical experience (nursing, allied health, or a related healthcare field) 
  • Prior recruiting or talent acquisition experience is preferred 
  • Experience working with physicians or medical professionals is highly desirable 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required 
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS), CRM platforms, or recruitment databases preferred 

LOCATION:


This position is 100% remote and supports east to west coast time zones
