Working closely with the Vice President of Human Resources, you will help drive talent acquisition initiatives, manage our internship and early career programs, support employee development efforts, and contribute to a culture that reflects our People.Building philosophy.
Talent Acquisition & Recruiting
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job postings and candidate sourcing through offer preparation and onboarding.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce requirements and identify the best candidates.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate communications, and hiring logistics.
- Track recruiting metrics and provide insights to improve hiring effectiveness.
- Collaborate with Marketing and HR leadership on employer branding and recruitment campaigns.
Internship & Early Career Programs
- Lead CM&B's internship program from recruitment through program completion.
- Develop and maintain relationships with colleges, universities, trade schools, and workforce development organizations.
- Coordinate campus recruiting events, career fairs, and networking opportunities.
- Plan intern orientation, mentorship opportunities, site visits, and professional development activities.
- Measure program success and identify opportunities to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Employee Experience & HR Support
- Support onboarding and employee integration initiatives.
- Maintain HR systems, employee records, and recruiting data.
- Assist employees with HR-related questions and support HR communications.
- Coordinate performance review, mentorship, and employee development activities.
- Support compliance efforts and HR best practice.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2-5 years of experience in Human Resources, Recruiting, Talent Acquisition, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and project management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism and discretion when handling confidential information
Salary Description
$75,000-95,000
