As an Accounts Payable Specialist, you will help with a wide range of AP tasks including processing invoices. Additionally, you will help handle accounts payable for vendors, analyze workflow processes, establish and maintain new and existing vendors, and ensure accurate processing of due invoices for payments.
Internally, this position is titled Accounts Payable Specialist, Sr. Associate.
Job Responsibilities/Duties:
- Review, verify, and enter invoices in AP System (Stampli) and code to correct general ledger accounts in ERP (Costpoint)
- Match invoices with purchase orders and route invoices through proper approvals
- Reconcile vendor statements and resolve payment discrepancies
- Manage the accounts payable inbox, retrieving all pertinent AP documents and responding to vendor inquiries
- Maintain accurate prepaid schedules
- Assist with monthly cost accruals
- Reconcile Accounts Payable and Credit Card accounts on a monthly basis
- Process travel and expense reimbursement, evaluate corporate card needs, and manage subcontractor labor expenses
- Maintain accurate accounts payable records between AP system (Stampli) and ERP (Costpoint)
- Assist with other ad-hoc activities
- Bachelors Degree in Accounting or Finance, or equivalent experience
- 1-3 years of Accounts Payable experience
- Ability to navigate and use accounting systems
- Understanding of assigned subject matter and able to explain to others
- Able to review work and provide corrections when needed
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Costpoint
- Experience with Stampli
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

RSI determines pay range based upon numerous compensation factors, including experience, skill set, and geographic location. A current and reasonable estimated range for this position is $65,500 - $70,000.
