- Bachelor’s degree and at least 1 year of experience in an administrative support or coordinator role within a professional office environment
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail, especially in document proofreading and editing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to handle difficult or sensitive client situations professionally
- Adaptability and efficiency in managing dynamic, competing demands
- Proactive work ethic, accountable for completing tasks on time
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to recognize opportunities and develop creative solutions
- Ability to prioritize and take ownership of multiple tasks seamlessly
- Highly resourceful team player who can also work effectively independently
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure with minimal guidance
You’ll Get a Chance To
- Organize and manage critical client documentation, including engagement letters, proposals, and tax documents, ensuring timely and accurate completion
- Proofread and edit client forms like Power of Attorney and extensions
- Coordinate client signatures, follow up, and maintain digital files
- Support billing by preparing invoices, running reports, and assisting with collections
- Act as a primary contact between clients and staff, facilitating smooth communication and strong relationships
- Manage the team leader's calendar, handle event registrations, and assist with expense report processing to maintain seamless operations
- Organize meetings, training, and special events, providing needed support

What You Should Know
This is a full-time position and is available to be a hybrid position, working at least 3 days in the office. Our standard office hours are Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 5 PM.
