Unlike many Clinical Fellowship opportunities, this position is primarily based in our Colorado Springs ABA center, where you'll work alongside an experienced pediatric SLP as part of a multidisciplinary team. You'll have daily collaboration with BCBAs, Registered Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, and other therapy professionals while treating children with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental diagnoses. Depending on your interests and caseload, you may also provide occasional home health visits throughout the Colorado Springs area.

Clinical Fellowship Support

About the Position
As a Clinical Fellow, you'll evaluate and treat primarily pediatric patients with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities in our ABA center. You'll work closely with families, behavior teams, and fellow therapists to develop individualized treatment plans that support functional communication and participation across environments.
Responsibilities include:
- Conduct speech-language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide evidence-based speech and language therapy
- Collaborate with BCBAs, Behavior Technicians, Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, physicians, and families
- Participate in interdisciplinary treatment planning
- Complete timely and accurate documentation
- Track Clinical Fellowship hours and maintain ASHA compliance
- Provide occasional home health visits as needed based on caseload and patient needs

Salary: Up to $65 per visit (DOE)
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Colorado Provisional Speech-Language Pathology License (or eligible by start date)
- Eligible to complete a Clinical Fellowship under ASHA guidelines
- Current CPR certification (or ability to obtain upon hire)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
