Schedule: Friday, Saturday, and Sunday – 6:00 AM to 6:30 PM (12-hour shifts. Work 36 hours get paid for 40).

What We’re Looking For:
- Perform high-quality welding tasks to produce durable, reliable products.
- Read and interpret measurements using a standard tape measure.
- Execute basic math calculations for accurate fabrication.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and maintain quality standards.
- Participate in on-the-job training to enhance skills and adapt to company processes.
- Maintain a safe and efficient work environment in a manufacturing setting.
Requirements
- Welding Skills: Must demonstrate proficiency in welding and pass a welding test.
- Mechanical Aptitude: Strong ability to understand and work with mechanical system and tools.
- Measurement and Math Skills: Ability to read a standard tape measure, perform basic math calculations, and read/write effectively.
- Work Environment Adaptability: Comfortable working in a non-climate-controlled environment with moderate to loud noise levels.
- Aluminum Welding Experience (preferred): Prior experience with aluminum welding is a plus.
- Relatable Experience (preferred): Completion of welding classes or prior welding experience is a plus.
