Orthodontic Dental Assistant

Schedule:

1 - 2 Fridays a Month: 7:45 AM – 4:00 PM

Responsibilities:

  • Perform orthodontic procedures, including bonding, tie bands, and braces
  • Take impressions and operate iTero scanning systems
  • Assist with Invisalign and 6 Month Smiles treatments
  • Prepare patients for procedures and provide chairside support
  • Operate dental software and clinical equipment
  • Set up, break down, and maintain treatment areas, including sterilization and biohazard disposal
  • Adhere to infection control, safety protocols, and required clinical reporting
Requirements
  • Current Dental Assistant certification (In the state you are applying to). 
  • Minimum of 1 year of orthodontic experience
  • X-Ray Certification
  • CPR/BLS Certification
  • Must possess, or be willing to obtain, a Real ID Drivers License prior to start date. 
  • Preferred: Expanded Duty Dental Assistant and/or Nitrous & Coronal Polishing certifications.
