We're currently seeking dependable, energetic Fulfillment Warehouse Associates to join our Cookeville distribution team. Our warehouse supports 10 retail locations throughout the country, ensuring each store is stocked with the latest styles and inventory our customers expect. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, take pride in accuracy, and like staying active throughout the day, we'd love to meet you.
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Warehouse operates seven days a week
- Weekend availability may be required
What You'll Do
Unload, receive, and process incoming merchandise.
Pick, pack, and prepare store orders for shipment.
Verify order accuracy before shipping to ensure stores receive the correct merchandise.
Label, organize, and stage shipments for delivery.
Relocate inventory and maintain an organized warehouse.
Help maintain accurate inventory counts within your assigned work area.
Safely operate warehouse equipment and follow all safety procedures.
Work efficiently to meet daily productivity and shipping goals.

- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
- Valid, unencumbered driver's license (required for operating company box trucks as needed).
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout an entire shift.
- Basic math and reading skills with strong attention to detail.
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work well as part of a team.
