• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly financial and operational reports for plant and finance leadership
• Support inventory reconciliations, cycle counts, and initiatives to reduce shrinkage, waste, and obsolescence
• Support month-end close activities, including reconciliations, accrual analysis, and journal entries
• Partner with accounting teams to ensure manufacturing transactions are accurately recorded
• Support the annual budget process and periodic forecasting for labor, material, and overhead spending
• Partner with plant leadership on cost-saving opportunities and capital investment proposals
What You Bring
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–5 years of experience in Financial Analysis, Manufacturing Finance, Cost Accounting, or a related analytical role
• Manufacturing industry experience required; food, industrial, consumer products, or packaging production environments strongly preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling, data analysis, and reporting
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools and ERP systems preferred
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable recommendations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to partner across operations, supply chain, and accounting teams
• Highly detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy in reporting, variance analysis, budgeting, and forecasting
