As a Fitness Floor Attendant, you will serve as the first point of contact for members and guests, creating a welcoming and positive fitness environment. You will engage with members on the fitness floor, provide basic equipment guidance, encourage participation in fitness activities, and help maintain a clean and safe workout space. Through exceptional customer service and a passion for health and wellness, you will foster an atmosphere where members feel comfortable, supported, and motivated to achieve their fitness goals.

•  Greet Members and guests by name and provide a warm, welcoming fitness center experience.
• Maintain a visible presence on the fitness floor, offering assistance and ensuring Member safety.
• Collaborate with the Wellness team to deliver exceptional service and a first-class Member experience.
• Assist Members with basic equipment setup and fitness center orientation.
• Monitor fitness areas to ensure cleanliness, organization, and adherence to Club standards.
• Clean and sanitize fitness equipment, workout stations, and wellness areas throughout the day.
• Ensure towels, water stations, and fitness supplies are fully stocked and readily available.
• Promote wellness programs, group fitness classes, personal training services, and Club events.
• Register Members for classes, appointments, and wellness activities.
• Support personal trainers and fitness instructors with class and program setup.
• Conduct routine inspections of equipment and report maintenance concerns promptly.
• Enforce fitness center policies, safety procedures, and Member etiquette standards in a professional manner.
• Assist with wellness programming, special events, health fairs, Turkey Trot, and Member engagement activities.
• Build positive relationships with Members by encouraging participation and supporting their wellness goals.
• Uphold the Club's mission, values, and service standards in all interactions.
• Observes safety and security procedures and uses equipment and materials properly and ensures that we provide a safe workplace for our team.
• All other duties as assigned by management.

Compensation & Benefits

This is a seasonal, part-time weekend position. Compensation is commensurate with skillset. Grey Oaks has a great work environment and the opportunity to work and learn from some of the best in the industry.
