Requirements
- Set the vision and strategy for operational excellence across the organization and lead its execution end to end.
- Lead high-impact, cross-functional improvement projects using Lean, Six Sigma, and other proven methodologies.
- Partner directly with senior leaders across Operations, Supply Chain, Quality, and Finance to uncover inefficiencies and design smarter ways of working.
- Build and lead a team of continuous improvement professionals, growing their skills and their careers.
- Create the dashboards and KPIs that keep the business honest about performance and celebrate the wins.
- Champion change across the organization, helping teams embrace new tools, processes, and habits.
- Get to the root of recurring problems and put lasting fixes in place, not band-aids.
- Launch and run a Lean Six Sigma training program so improvement skills spread throughout the company.
- Bring outside perspective benchmark against industry leaders and bring best practices home.
- Report results, savings, and impact directly to executive leadership.
What You Bring:
- 8+ years in operations, process improvement, or operational excellence, with 3+ years leading teams.
- A track record of leading large-scale improvement initiatives with real, measurable results.
- Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification (or equivalent).
- Comfort with data, you know your way around Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools, and you let data drive your decisions.
- The communication skills to influence executives and frontline teams alike.
- A knack for building and developing high-performing teams.
- A bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Operations, or a related field (Master's a plus).
