Description
The Jacksonville office of Constangy, Brooks, Smith & Prophete seeks an Employment Litigation Associate with 4-7 years of experience to handle employment litigation matters. The successful candidate will be expected to work predominantly from the Jacksonville office (remote flexibility may be available on a limited basis).
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in labor and employment law and will be comfortable drafting and responding to discovery and initial pleadings, drafting and arguing motions, as well as taking and defending depositions. 
Excellent academic credentials, strong writing and analytical skills, and ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment are required. The successful candidate will be a self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must be admitted to practice in Florida.
