Guest Member Marketing Specialist
Location: Remote – Colorado Residents Only
Position Type: Full-Time, non-exempt
Compensation: $25.94 - $32.07/hr. (DOE) + Commission

As our Guest Member Marketing Specialist, you will be the operational cornerstone of this mission, ensuring that every touchpoint of the Guest Member Program runs with flawless precision and genuine care. You will be the guardian of program integrity, driving guest satisfaction and retention by mastering the intricacies of administration, auditing, training, and cross-functional support.
This role is perfect for a hospitality professional who is equal parts detail-oriented strategist, patient mentor, and proactive problem-solver. You will take ownership of the entire program lifecycle, from onboarding new members and conducting meticulous compliance audits to delivering impactful training sessions and optimizing system configurations always acting with our 'End of the Line' philosophy to resolve issues and ensure seamless operations across Marketing, Owner Relations, and Concierge teams.

Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of Guest Member Program contracts, onboarding, and communications, including welcome calls and lifecycle outreach, to drive utilization and retention.
- Oversee day-to-day program administration, ensuring operational accuracy and strict compliance with established procedures.
- Serve as the go-to subject matter expert on program policies, operational requirements, and member benefits.
- Conduct regular audits of reservations, packages, guest files, and tour activity to identify discrepancies and partner with departments on corrective actions.
- Maintain reporting dashboards and prepare monthly performance reports on program activity, utilization, and KPIs.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all operational data to support data-driven decision-making.
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, call coaching, and development initiatives for booking, fulfillment, and cross-departmental teams (Owner Relations, Concierge, Front Desk, Activities, etc.).
- Develop, update, and maintain training materials, process documentation, and operational resources.
- Provide ongoing troubleshooting and support to employees across the organization regarding program questions and requests.
- Maintain and optimize system configurations, including TravelClick rate plans, Interval memberships, and package inventory.
- Support the testing, implementation, and rollout of system enhancements and process improvements.
- Collaborate with Marketing, Owner Relations, Exchange Support, and other departments to ensure program alignment and effectiveness.
- Manage assigned projects and operational initiatives, including incentive programs, from planning through execution.
- Identify inefficiencies, recommend process improvements, and escalate strategic or cross-functional decisions to the Senior Manager as needed.
- Partner with the Senior Manager to achieve program goals, operational targets, and departmental objectives while maintaining an unwavering commitment to guest satisfaction and the "Sharing Smiles" culture.
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in hospitality, marketing, guest services, customer service, operations, administration, or a related field.
- Proficient in Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.
- Strong Excel skills for auditing, reporting, and data tracking.
- Ability to learn new systems quickly and support system testing and implementation.
- Professional proficiency in English (ability to speak, read, write, and interpret at a professional level).
- Ability to write clear business correspondence, training materials, and reports.
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from leaders, staff, and guests.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage day-to-day operations accurately and consistently.
- Ability to conduct audits, identify discrepancies, and analyze operational data.
- Ability to solve practical problems and interpret a variety of instructions in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Mathematical proficiency, including the ability to compute rates, percentages, and discounts, and interpret program KPIs.

Preferred Qualifications
- Associate or bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field.
- Familiarity with timeshare and membership management systems (e.g., TSW, Interval International).
- Working knowledge of CRM, marketing, and fulfillment platforms.
- Experience with booking engines (e.g., TravelClick) and rate plan or inventory configuration.
- Experience facilitating training sessions, call coaching, or development initiatives.
- Experience managing projects or operational initiatives from planning through implementation.
- Willingness to identify inefficiencies, embrace change, and recommend process improvements.
- Ability to recognize when to escalate decisions impacting strategy or cross-functional alignment to senior leadership.
