EVS is seeking a Project Manager to support an upcoming proposal effort.* The Project Manager (PM) serves as the prime contractor's authorized representative and is responsible for the overall management and performance of the Executive Airlift Communications Network (EACN) effort. The PM supervises all contract personnel, oversees contractor-related functions, and serves as the contractor at point of contact responsible for all requirements of the contract. The position is hybrid and must be able to perform duties on-site at Scott Air Force Base, Illinois, when requested by the Government.
*This position is contingent upon the award of the contract. The anticipated start date and scope of work will be determined based on the outcome of the interview process and the details of the awarded contract.
- Supervise all contract personnel and oversee the performance of all contractor-related functions.
- Exercise decision-making authority, signature authority, and the authority to commit Enhanced Veterans Solutions, Inc.
- Serve as the contractor-designated point of contact responsible for overall management and performance of the PWS and for all contract requirements.
- Provide the designee’s name and contact information to the Contracting Officer’s Representative (COR) within 10 business days after task order award and submit notice of a change in the point of contact at least five business days before the change.
- Provide annual, in-person Program Management Reviews to the Government EACN Program Manager and key stakeholders, focusing on the principal PWS deliverables.
- Maintain the Projects Status List with milestones, project points of contact, and status information; make it available for Government review and brief it during bi-weekly teleconferences with AMC/A67A and A2G2 personnel.
- Submit the Monthly Status Report covering Joint Base Andrews, Joint Base Lewis-McChord, and Scott AFB.
- Establish, maintain, and report metrics for each area of the services summary through the Monthly Status Report.
- Support the production environment by ensuring hardware and software production configuration baselines are maintained in accordance with Government standards.
- Review Government-provided software, hardware, and documentation for completeness; notify the COR of receipt; document discrepancies; and update the Configuration Management site when items are received or changes are completed.
- Provide required program-management deliverables, including White Papers, Network Installation and Configuration Guides, Disaster Recovery Plans, maintenance-contract tracking information, budget-planning information, and assistance maintaining the Configuration Management Plan.
- Convene bi-weekly teleconferences with AMC/A67A and A2G2 personnel to discuss configuration issues, provide task and project-status updates, validate requirements, and determine priorities.
- Perform duties on-site at Scott AFB, Illinois, when requested by the Government.
- Project Management Institute (PMI)-awarded Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.
- Active TOP SECRET security clearance at the time of contract award.
- Must be able to perform duties on-site at Scott AFB, Illinois.
