The Margaret E. Moul Home is seeking a reliable, detail-oriented, and compassionate Housekeeping/Laundry Aide to join our Environmental Services team. In this essential role, you will help provide a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for our residents by maintaining high standards of housekeeping and laundry services.  Responsibilities

  • Clean and sanitize resident rooms, bathrooms, common areas, offices, and other assigned areas.
  • Collect, sort, wash, dry, fold, and distribute resident clothing, linens, and facility laundry.
  • Follow established infection prevention, sanitation, and safety procedures, including the proper handling of soiled linens and waste.
  • Safely operate housekeeping and laundry equipment.
  • Report maintenance issues, damaged equipment, or safety concerns promptly.
  • Complete assigned duties accurately and within established timeframes.
  • Assist with deep cleaning and special projects as assigned.
  • Work cooperatively with all departments to promote a clean, comfortable, and safe environment for residents.
Requirements

  

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 6:00 a.m. – 2:00 p.m., 

with every other weekend required

Sign On Bonus: $2,500

 Required Qualifications 

This position requires frequent standing, walking, bending, reaching, lifting, pushing, and pulling throughout the workday. Candidates must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and safely operate commercial housekeeping and laundry equipment.
