Summary
The Product FP&A Analyst supports global product-line P&L, margin and mix analysis, and product reporting. The role helps build audit-ready product profitability from OneStream and supports the team's AI and advanced-analytics initiatives. It is a foundational analyst seat that builds product-finance capacity across the business units.
Key Responsibilities:
Product P&L Support – Prepare product-line P&L and margin reporting; reconcile to OneStream and source systems.
Margin & Mix Analysis – Build price/volume/mix bridges and product profitability deep dives.
Reporting – Produce recurring product reporting packages using standard templates.
Forecast & Budget Support – Prepare and validate product-dimension planning inputs.
Analytics & AI – Support automation and analytics tooling; build and maintain models and dashboards.
Ad Hoc Analysis – Complete analysis on request and contribute to process improvement.

Qualifications:
- 2–4 years of finance, FP&A, cost or product-analysis experience.
- Product, cost or margin exposure a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
