Under the direction of the Director of Clinic Operations, the Site Operations Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operational leadership of health center sites, ensuring efficient clinic operations, exceptional patient experience, and high-quality service delivery. This position oversees clinic workflows, staff performance, patient flow, provider support, and operational excellence while implementing organizational policies and strategic initiatives. The Site Operations Manager partners closely with clinical leadership to optimize productivity, improve access to care, and foster a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
Schedule: This is a full-time position, working 40 hours per week, typically Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturday hours.

Compensation: $79,095.74 - $102,824.46, depending on experience.

Responsibilities:
- Assumes operational responsibility for assigned clinic sites in partnership with the Director of Clinic Operations and clinical leadership.
- Supervises operational functions at the clinic site assigned including immediate supervision of unit supervisors to ensure compliance with established standards and procedural requirements.
- Performs real-time problem solving on the clinical floor to address daily issues related to staffing and workflows, including monitoring vacation requests, call-outs, unscheduled time off, as well as coordinating vacation requests for unit supervisors.
- Acts as resource for unit supervisors to answer questions, coach, and supervise to ensure the clinic operates in an efficient manner and patients receive high-quality customer service.
- In conjunction with the Associate Medical Directors and the Chief Medical Officer, coordinates provider schedules and ensures that adequate coverage for clinical services and operations is secured.
- Partners with the Director of Clinic Operations to identify operational opportunities, recommend improvements, and implement best practices.
- Participates and assists with Quality Assurance and Improvement programs (QA&I).
- Supports operational change initiatives and implementation of organizational priorities, and drives adoption of new workflows, technologies, and care delivery models, including PCMH initiatives and other regulatory or quality improvement programs.
- Supports provider practice requirements including, but not limited to reviewing physician activity data, forecasting, and preparing for all changes needed.
- Ensures adequate stock of medical supplies through established purchasing procedures. Conducts regular performance evaluations, documents performance concerns in a timely manner, and works with the Director of Clinic Operations and Human Resources to implement performance improvement and progressive discipline plans as appropriate.
- Provides ongoing coaching, mentoring, performance management, and professional development for supervisors and staff while fostering accountability and engagement.
- Participates in developing and implementing safety programs to meet full compliance with stated clinic and legal requirements for clinical and patient care environments.
- Ensures operational readiness for regulatory surveys and accreditation activities.
- Collaborates with Human Resources, Quality, Information Technology, Revenue Cycle, Facilities, and Clinical Leadership to ensure coordinated clinic operations and timely resolution of operational issues.
- Meets or exceeds the Service Excellence Standards of TVHC.
- Performs other related duties as may be assigned by Director of Clinic Operations and/or Chief Medical Officer.

- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Public Health, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of progressive healthcare clinic operations experience, including at least 2 years supervising staff.
- Experience in an ambulatory care or Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) environment preferred.
- Experience with Quality Assurance and Performance Improvement, is highly preferred.
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
