Caging/De-Caging 2nd Shift
Description

Holmen Cheese has an exceptional opportunity to join our team as a Cager/De-Cager Warehouse Team Member. In this role your primary focus will be putting blocks of production in and out of cages. It is a fast pace, physical position with the occasional use of a stand-up lift truck. The work often happens in our cooler.

Requirements

What you will do:

· Cage and De-Cage product to prepare it for shipping

· Use a vacuum lift assist device to move product

· Palletize product to prepare for shipping

· Ensure security of warehouse (doors sealed, lights in working order, docks plates and levelers in good condition)

· Drive stand up forklift to load according to load sheet

· Load and unload trucks

· Ensure production has the needed materials ready for their production runs

· Maintain proper housekeeping standards in work are met

· Ensure a high degree of detail and quality on every job

· Control and organize storage and inventory space

· Inspects trucks for appropriate sanitary conditions on all incoming and outgoing shipments. Fill out inbound/outbound inspection documentation

· Ensure seals are placed on all out-going shipments and ensure seals are intact on in-coming shipments. Prepare bills of lading inclusive of product information, common carrier information, seal number and temperature requirement.

· HACCP Team Member

What we need from you:

· High School Diploma required.

· 3-5 years of experience in a warehouse environment

· Experience working within an ERP system

· Computer proficiency, including Microsoft Office Suite, and ERP software, required

Salary Description
$18-$22+ DOE
