Job Responsibilities
- Data entry capabilities.
- Critical thinking skills to understand planning parameters based on inputs and outputs from internal and external sources and turn those into a production plan.
- Capabilities required to develop, create, maintain, and analyze forecasting for both internal/inter-company demand and sales.
- Coordinates internal movements of materials needed for production orders to proceed with manufacturing.
- Maintains condition of work area (i.e., free of trash, raw materials, supplies in correct location, etc.).
- Follows company safety policies and procedures.
- Attention to detail when reviewing internal and external orders for correct variable data (i.e., dates, quantities model numbers, etc.).
- Work with different departments to obtain needed information to apply future looking plans that accommodate for current manufacturing schedules and where future orders will fit into manufacturing schedules.
- Coordinate with Operations and Production departments to ensure plans that are made are effective and as efficient as possible.
- Ability to craft a professional email for both internal and external recipients.
- Microsoft Excel/Google sheets knowledge and understanding.
- Adhere to and ensure compliance with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), ISO, and FDA requirements.

- High school diploma or GED preferred (or equivalent work experience)
- Ability to read/hear, interpret, and understand instructions given written or verbally in English
- Ability to perform in a detail-oriented environment, fast-paced environment while complying with Quality System SOPs, work instructions, drawings, GMP, GDP, ISO and FDA requirements
- Ability to work/interact with supervisor and production floor team leads.
