Salary: $142,000/year
Compensation (Other): .5% commission override on all sales not sold by incumbent. An additional $2500 will be assigned to every home in excess of the business plan that is sold in a calendar year.
This position will allow for direct sales for the company and will receive a 3% commission for those sales.

Role Summary: The VP of Sales will work on all job sites’ sales scope, selling Spire Homes’ townhomes and single-family homes. This position requires the incumbent to be motivated, goal-oriented, and experienced in our industry.
Responsibilities:
· Recruiting and training of all sales associates needed for all Spire Homes projects with 6 day a week coverage
· Continual training of sales associates to generate a team that has alignment with Spire Homes business plans and policies.
· Driving customer satisfaction scores and customer experience through training and alignment with company standards
· Collaboration on Gross / Net margin goals and how to increase profits for the company
· Continual monitoring of the company business plans and execution on sales and closings to exceed the committed plans. Pricing and position input necessary to execute the business plans. Monthly business plan review with President to strategize on profits and growth
· Collaboration on existing and new product offerings. Monthly discussions on floor plans, included features and any potential new plans
· Use marketing initiatives and techniques to increase brand awareness with the local realtor community and potential homebuyers to generate adequate traffic and sales
· Collaborate with other team members to seek product knowledge
· Learn about our business, our homes and keep up with industry trends
· Provides exceptional sales experience for buyers, guiding them on the homebuilding/buying journey
Minimum Required Education/Credentials/Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Bachelor’s degree or equivalent of education and job experience
· 2+ years of experience in a sales/service/professional business role, preferably in the construction industry
· Valid Driver’s License and current liability insurance are required
· Reliable transportation, as travel may occur throughout the workday
· Be able to work onsite during business hours – including weekend days
· Passion and communication skills are a must for interacting with customers in large purchase decisions
· Proficient computer knowledge/skills (MS Office Suite)
· Florida real estate license
· Work Ethic: Ability to work independently and bring enthusiasm daily

- Mobility: Requires walking and movement around the townhome sales office, model(s), and construction sites
- Lifting: Occasionally lift items such as files or office supplies, typically up to 25 pounds.
