Position Summary
Resicum International, LLC is seeking experienced Supply Technicians to support P-8A aircraft maintenance operations at NAS Jacksonville in support of VP-62.
The Supply Technician will support aircraft maintenance operations by managing aircraft parts, materials, tools, equipment, inventory, and associated records. This position plays an important role in ensuring maintenance personnel have the required parts, tools, and equipment available to support scheduled and unscheduled aircraft maintenance.
The ideal candidate will have experience in military aviation supply, aircraft maintenance logistics, inventory management, or material control and be comfortable working directly with aircraft maintenance personnel in an operational environment.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform technical supply and logistics functions supporting P-8A aircraft maintenance.
- Receive, inspect, identify, store, issue, and track aircraft parts, materials, tools, and equipment.
- Maintain accurate inventory and property records.
- Monitor inventory levels and support aircraft maintenance material readiness.
- Coordinate with aircraft maintenance work centers to identify and fulfill material requirements.
- Support inventory management, storage, cataloging, and property accountability.
- Conduct inventories, spot checks, and reconciliation of supply records.
- Support aircraft maintenance tool room operations and tool accountability.
- Support IMRL, METCAL, and AMMRL requirements.
- Support the VP-62 Command Tool Control Program.
- Maintain accurate documentation for parts, tools, equipment, and other accountable property.
- Ensure materials are properly stored, identified, and protected.
- Assist with tracking and resolving material shortages or discrepancies.
- Maintain supply and logistics documentation in accordance with applicable procedures.
- Coordinate with maintenance personnel to ensure required parts, tools, and equipment are available to support scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
- Support aircraft maintenance logistics requirements during deployments, detachments, and other operational activities as required.
- Perform other supply and material-control duties necessary to support aircraft maintenance operations.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in technical supply, inventory management, material control, logistics, or aircraft maintenance supply.
- Working knowledge of supply systems, inventory procedures, property accountability, and material-control processes.
- Ability to receive, inspect, store, issue, and track aircraft parts and equipment.
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory, supply, and property records.
- Strong organizational and documentation skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to identify and resolve inventory or material discrepancies.
- Ability to work effectively with aircraft maintenance personnel and other program personnel.
- Ability to prioritize multiple supply and material requirements in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a maintenance support team.
- Ability to work the scheduled 0700–1500 day shift.
- Ability to meet all applicable security and NAS Jacksonville installation access requirements.
- Active DoD Secret Clearance required.
Preferred Qualifications
- U.S. military aviation supply experience preferred.
- Previous Navy aviation supply or logistics experience.
- Experience supporting aircraft maintenance operations.
- Familiarity with IMRL, METCAL, and AMMRL programs.
- Experience with aircraft tool control and accountability programs.
- Experience with computerized supply, inventory, or logistics management systems.
- P-8A experience preferred.
- Experience supporting aircraft maintenance deployments or detachments.
Security Requirement
Active DoD Secret Clearance is required.
Candidates must be able to maintain the required security clearance and meet all applicable background investigation, CAC, and NAS Jacksonville installation access requirements.
