POSITION: Project Manager – Survey Division

LOCATION: Flexible / Nationwide

POSITION SUMMARY

The Project Manager within AEI’s Survey division is responsible for managing the full life cycle of projects, coordinating with clients and internal project teams, and ensuring project deliverables.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Coordinates with site contacts
• Gathers title work from the client
• Communicates with sales staff
• Gathers status of projects from consultants and internal project teams
• Deliver outstanding client service with timely responses and proactive solutions

QUALIFICATIONS

• Previous experience (approximately 3+ years) working in a survey related position
• Advanced writing, scheduling, organization, time management, and presentation skills
• Eagerness and willingness to learn and perform new tasks
• Professional demeanor and strong customer service skills
• Excellent Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook) skills and experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• The work environment is indoors in a typical office setting. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to sit, type, handle office and/or field equipment, speak and hear. The employee may occasionally be required to stand, walk, balance, kneel or crouch. The employee may be required to travel independently and lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision and the ability to focus.
