Description
The Field Supervisor plays a crucial role in driving company growth and success by managing and expanding relationships with large, multi-location customers. This role involves overseeing subcontractor partnerships, ensuring service excellence, and achieving strategic objectives. The ideal candidate will have experience working with subcontractors across various industries and be comfortable with a mix of remote work and on-site visits. We are looking for dynamic individuals who are eager to contribute and take initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- Build, maintain, and grow relationships with national clients across multiple service lines, including facility maintenance, landscaping, and snow and ice management.
- Develop and manage subcontractor partnerships to ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery.
- Establish strong professional relationships with key customer stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with internal teams, including Operations, Sales, and Management, to meet customer expectations and performance goals.
- Meet assigned revenue growth, profitability, and strategic account goals.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, maintain high customer satisfaction, and promptly address concerns.
- Collaborate with sales and service teams to improve the customer experience and support client retention.
- Stay informed about industry trends and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Perform hands-on site management tasks as needed to ensure service quality.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Experience in field operations, vendor management, or subcontractor coordination within construction, facility management, landscaping, or a related industry.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong client and vendor relationships.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
- Willingness and ability to travel regularly within the assigned territory.
- Proficiency with CRM and project management software is preferred.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
