Shift Availability for Safety and Security:

• Full-time 2nd shift
• Every other weekend
• Every other Holiday

Responsibilities of Safety and Security :

• Maintain the campus, facilities, and equipment.
• Utilize a variety of building trades, including carpentry, painting, HVAC, and electrical as well as general labor.
• Ensure safety and satisfaction of staff and residents.
• Ensure quality and timeliness of completed work.

Qualifications of  Safety and Security  :

• Minimum of 3 years Maintenance experience is required.
• Attention to detail and ability to work at a fast pace.
