What You'll Do

  • As a Teller on our Member Support team, you’ll be the welcoming face of TCCU. Your responsibilities include:
  • Processing deposits, withdrawals, loan payments, and check cashing
  • Maintaining accuracy while balancing your cash drawer
  • Providing friendly, efficient service to every member
  • Educating members on credit union products and promotions
  • Supporting branch operations with professionalism and a positive attitude
  • Following credit union procedures and financial regulations

Requirements

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Friendly positive, member-focused attitude
  • Ability to learn quickly and work in a team environment
  • Comfort with computers and basic financial transactions
  • Previous cash-handling or customer service experience preferred
  • CU Answers or credit union software experience is a plus

Education

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or related field preferred 


Your Job Classification & Schedule: Full-time, variable schedule, Monday–Saturday (Saturday rotation)



Salary Description
$16.26 - $18.80 per hour
