Barista Job Description:

We are seeking a full-time Barista to prepare coffee, espresso-based beverages, teas, and other café drinks while maintaining high standards of quality, presentation, and customer service. This position will also support the Bakery team with basic tasks such as production, oven work, packaging, restocking, display organization, and cleaning.

Barista Qualifications:

• Must be able to work rotating shifts between 6:00 a.m. to 09:00 p.m.
• Previous experience as a Barista, Coffee Barista, Café Attendant, Bakery employee, Food Service worker, or Customer Service representative preferred.
• Experience preparing coffee, espresso, cappuccino, latte, tea, and other beverages preferred
• Operate and maintain café equipment, keeping all equipment clean and in good working condition
• Willingness to assist with basic Bakery, production, oven, packaging, restocking duties and product organization
• Excellent customer-service skill with attitude, reliability, punctuality, and ability to work as part of a team
• Able to keep beverage stations, display cases, counters, and work areas clean, organized, and fully stocked.
• Willingness to assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and restocking duties as needed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish preferred, but not required.
