What You'll Do
As part of our expert installation team, you'll:
- Install foundation repair systems, basement waterproofing solutions, sump pumps, and crawl space encapsulation products
- Travel with your crew to customer homes and job sites throughout the area
- Deliver high-quality workmanship using industry-leading products and proven installation methods
- Operate tools and equipment safely and efficiently
- Work both indoors and outdoors in a variety of weather and job site conditions
- Create an outstanding customer experience through professionalism, communication, and attention to detail

What We're Looking For
We're looking for motivated individuals who are dependable, hardworking, and eager to learn.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license with a driving record that meets company insurance requirements
- Ability to successfully complete all required pre-employment screenings, including background check, motor vehicle record review, and drug screening (where permitted by law)
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally, 50 lbs. frequently, and 35 lbs. continuously
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, crawl, and perform physical labor throughout the workday
- Comfortable working in construction environments, including confined spaces and varying weather conditions
