  • Provide guidance on alignment of enterprise risks with the Company’s risk appetite, tolerances, and limits, and escalate material deviations.
  • Identify and assess emerging risks across regulatory, operational, financial, technology, and strategic domains.

ORSA Ownership

  • Serve as a primary owner or co-owner of the Company’s ORSA program, including planning, execution, and annual reporting.
  • Draft, review, and refine the ORSA Summary Report to ensure alignment with NAIC expectations and regulatory guidance.
  • Coordinate with actuarial and finance teams on stress testing, scenario analysis, capital management, and liquidity risk.
  • Support regulatory inquiries, examinations, and follow-up activities related to ORSA filings.

Executive, Board, and Regulatory Reporting

  • Prepare and present enterprise risk reporting, dashboards, and materials for senior management and Board or Board committees.
  • Translate complex risk data into clear, decision-oriented executive communications.
  • Support development and alignment of Form F (Enterprise Risk Report) and other enterprise-level regulatory disclosures.
  • Ensure consistency across ERM, ORSA, and Model Audit Rule (MAR)-related governance and reporting.

Cross-Functional Risk Integration

  • Act as a trusted risk advisor to business leaders and operational stakeholders.
  • Coordinate ERM activities with Internal Audit, Compliance, Legal, Finance, and Actuarial teams.
  • Promote a strong risk culture emphasizing accountability and informed decision-making.
  • Mentor junior ERM staff or support risk owners in strengthening risk practices.

Program Maturity and Continuous Improvement

  • Evaluate and enhance ERM methodologies, frameworks, and reporting tools.
  • Monitor regulatory developments and industry best practices related to ERM and ORSA.
  • Support long-term ERM maturity planning and sustainability.

  • Demonstrated ownership-level experience with ORSA, including report drafting and regulator interaction.
  • Strong knowledge of health insurance regulatory frameworks and NAIC ERM principles.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise professional judgment, and influence senior stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications
