Position Summary:
The Priority Technical Measure is a key technical resource supporting installation operations across the business. This role works with Design Consultants, Installation Managers, Operations leaders, installers, and homeowners to ensure projects are accurately measured, properly documented, and set up for successful installation.
Using company technology and project information, the Priority Technical Measure remotely reviews project conditions, completes accurate measurements, determines appropriate installation methods, and provides technical direction to installation teams.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Review project information and available images to accurately measure windows and doors and determine appropriate installation methods.
- Maintain an expected measurement accuracy rate of 99.5% or higher.
- Provide clear installation instructions, expectations, and documentation to field teams.
- Support installation teams when technical questions or field challenges arise by evaluating issues and providing solutions.
- Collaborate with Installation, Operations, Service, and Project Management teams to ensure project scope and timelines remain on track.
- Ensure installation methods, materials, safety practices, and documentation meet company standards and applicable state and local code requirements.
- Identify presumed LSWP projects and ensure required notes and documentation are completed.
- Communicate product and installation information clearly and professionally with homeowners.
- Maintain accurate records and complete required paperwork within one business day of the measure date.
- Schedule measure appointments and maintain project information using rForce and other company systems.
- Attend installation meetings and provide regular feedback to Installation Managers regarding field performance and opportunities for improvement.
- Support continuous improvement, training, and other Operations-related initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in construction, window installation, construction management, or a related field, and/or a bachelor’s degree.
- Knowledge of residential window and door installation.
- Experience with CRM, scheduling, or workflow management systems.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Basic proficiency with iOS and Apple-based technology.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform extended periods of computer-based work.
What We Offer:
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM
Base Salary: $65,000–$70,000 annually
Performance-Based Earnings: Opportunity to earn up to $90,000 annually based on performance.
