Key Responsibilities:

Lead, inspire, and energize our service staff during setup, service, and breakdown, crafting a dynamic and lively atmosphere.

Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and vendors, forging strong relationships and ensuring seamless communication.

Bring event timelines, floor plans, and service standards to life with creativity and flair.

Oversee food and beverage service, ensuring it’s not just delicious but also beautifully presented.

Face challenges head-on, resolving any issues with grace and professionalism.

Provide valuable post-event feedback to management to continuously enhance our service experience.
