Marketing & Digital Coordinator
About the Position & Its Impact:
The Marketing & Digital Coordinator supports Onsite's Vice President of Marketing and Director of Marketing in the day-to-day execution of marketing initiatives across email, social, website, digital campaigns, and internal project management.
But this role is about more than checklists and campaign trackers. Every email, post, and page this person touches is part of how someone finds their way to Onsite — often at a moment when they're searching for hope, healing, or a place to feel understood. The clarity and care this person brings to our marketing is often a person's very first experience of Onsite, long before they ever walk through our doors. Done well, this work builds the bridge between someone's hardest moment and the transformational experience waiting for them on the other side.
About the Day-to-Day in This Role:
Content & Copy
? Post and schedule content across our approved marketing channels — website, blog, email, and social — keeping everything moving on time.
? Draft and proofread copy including email campaigns, social captions, landing pages, and internal communications, reviewing everything for grammar, formatting, and brand consistency before it goes live.
? Support campaign execution for Onsite programs, events, digital products, alumni communications, and seasonal initiatives.
Email & CRM
? Build, organize, test, and proof email campaigns and automated flows — subject lines, preview text, links, audience lists, and launch checklists.
? Track performance metrics like open rate, click rate, and engagement, and keep the email calendar organized from concept to send.
Project Management
? Own the details in Asana — tasks, deadlines, owners, and statuses — so nothing falls through the cracks.
? Keep marketing calendars, campaign trackers, creative requests, and meeting notes organized and easy to follow.
Website & Reporting
? Support light website updates, SEO checks, link audits, and landing page reviews.
? Pull marketing reports, research industry trends and content ideas, and help put together recap documents and campaign summaries.
Ideal Education & Experience for the Role
We're looking for someone currently pursuing or who has recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, business, digital media, public relations, or a related field — though we care more about mindset than credentials. We are open to candidates of all backgrounds who bring strong writing and proofreading skills, sharp attention to detail, comfort juggling multiple projects and deadlines, and a genuine curiosity about how email, social, content, and campaigns work together. Familiarity with Asana, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, or email platforms is a plus. Above all, we're looking for someone proactive, dependable, and ready to jump in wherever they're needed.
