As a Processor Integration Analyst, you are responsible for working with internal business units and client partners to support the Fiserv system. This role is primarily responsible for managing settings on the Fiserv Optis Platform, Decision Quest logic, and the Rewards Structure. In addition, this role will support researching and resolving complex Fiserv related issues.
- Understand and adhere to all company policies, laws and regulations applicable to the role.
- Manage statement insert and messaging by building and testing the requirements through PCF, PCS, and DQ.
- Manage the setup and testing of the Rewards structure based on requirements within the DMM table and Rules.
- Responsible for the setup, testing and on-going maintenance of settings within PCF.
- Responsible for the setup and on-going maintenance of the decision logic criteria with DQ.
- Manage and administer user access to Fiserv applications for new and existing users.
- Define, research and resolve moderately complex Fiserv system issues. Open and manage Fiserv tickets and make recommendations where necessary for additional system changes.
- Facilitate meetings as needed with the business units and client partners to discuss and resolve issues, questions and servicing related items.
- Shares feedback with the Director of Processor Integration and makes suggestions on streamlining processes and improving overall team contributions.

- Bachelors Degree preferred or commensurate job-related experience required.
- 2+ years Fiserv platform experience specifically within credit card and small business industry.
- Experience in the financial services, banking, or payment processing industry.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- 5+ years' experience working in technical and/or operations environments.
- Strong analytical, logical and problem-solving skills.
- Must be flexible to a variety of timelines to meet business needs and able to adapt to change quickly.
- Ability to conduct research and resolve moderate system issues.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision within a team environment.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work in the CorServ footprint (AL, FL, GA, IA, KY, NE, NC, TN, TX, WI, WY)
