Move In Coordinator

Essential Job Duties: (Other duties will be assigned as needed) Must be willing and able to do the following:

· Communicates with internal stakeholders including community leadership and other departments along with vendors as needed regarding any requests for construction/physical plant changes. 

· Prepares closing documentation and internal communication timely and accurately. 

· Serves as the primary contact with the future resident regarding move-in dates and details surrounding the move-in. 

· Develops and updates as needed, the community move-in guide. 

· Staffs the office to meet business needs which may include evenings, weekends and holidays. 

· Participates in marketing events as directed by the Director of Sales and Marketing.

· Supports tour operations as needed, ensuring a warm and personalized experience 

· Updates as needed,  the community move-in resource guide.

· Oversees the inventory and timely ordering of all marketing collateral to ensure materials are sufficiently stocked.

· Assumes responsibilities for personal work areas and maintaining areas in a presentable manner. 

· Always maintains a professional appearance. 

· Coordinates resident move changes.

Requirements

   

QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor’s degree (emphasis in sales/marketing preferred)

Two years’ experience in marketing/sales 

One-year experience in senior housing or healthcare-related field 

One-year experience in hospitality preferred

Proficiency in the English language enabling the employee to read, write, comprehend and communicate simple instructions, correspondence, memos, etc.

Ability and willingness to utilize computer software system to track activities and other pertinent information

Ability to utilize Microsoft Office Suite products

Must demonstrate excellent telephone communication skills. 

Must possess current and valid driver’s license consistent with the requirements determined by size of vehicle and laws of the state in which the driver is licensed

Must possess personal driving record consistent with the requirements of the Driver Selection Policy

Willingness to be available for any/all emergencies regarding the community

PHSYICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORKING CONDITIONS: 

Lifts and carries up to 10 lbs. with assistance occasionally 

Pushes and pulls up to 20 lbs. with assistance occasionally 

Reaches, bends and twists occasionally

Climbs, reaches, bends and twists occasionally

Sits, stands and walks frequently 

Sedentary work – exerts up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to move objects
