Description

  

· Ensure the inclusion of any obtained organizational knowledge into the QMS.

· Meeting production program in time and form (Just-In-Sequence-Production). Ensure the inclusion of any obtained organizational knowledge into the QMS.

· Manage production supervisors on shift to ensure productivity of plant.

· Follow proper escalation protocols as needed.

· Meeting production program in time and form (Just-In-Sequence-Production).

· Ensuring the implementation of good practices.

· Ensure supervisors are completing timecards and other administrative tasks in a timely manner.

· Promoting and implementing continuous improvement in the production process.

· Ensuring the stability of the staff, its training and competency.

· Evaluating and implementing the overall objectives of manufacturing efficiency in terms of productivity, quality, and continuous improvement.

· Ensure compliance and enforce policy and procedures according to the “Employee Handbook”.

· Being responsible for the implementation of the internal production system.

· Operate appropriately within respective areas of the Quality Program.

· Organize production, assign staff, and manage absences, leave, and training of staff, meet the production schedule and make the necessary adjustments.

· Ensure compliance with the objectives of production, quality, time, and analyze the results and incidents of production (rework, NOK), manage quality incidents, provide feedback of the corrective actions or preventive steps implemented to proper departments. 

· Managerial and technical support, assist Supervisors, Line Leaders, and operators in performing their tasks, convey his/her knowledge to train, monitor the process and ensure its proper functioning, lead briefings and meetings.

· Attend meetings in place of Production Manager when needed.

· Analyze account, inform, update (versatility, performance… indicators) dashboards, communicate the document of monitoring of the production.

· Lead approaches to progress and propose ideas for improvement.

· Additional responsibilities and activities may be added on a need basis, as assigned by management.

Requirements

     

· Minimum education requirement: High School Diploma, Associate Degree   or higher preferred.

· Minimum 3-5 years’ experience supervisor production teams 

· Programming experience and basic knowledge of electrical and   electronic systems preferred.

· Ability to work within a team.

· High tolerance towards working under pressure.

· Personal judgment and independency to take actions.

· Analytical and conceptual thinking – using logic and reason.

· Communication skills – interpersonal, oral presentation and written.

· Computer proficiency.

· FMEA knowledge.

· Knowledge   of the D/TLD concept.

· Assembly/production   JIS and JIT experience.

· MTM   knowledge.

· Managing ability and skills to analyze problems.

· Managing and staff guiding.

· Knowledge in Quality System such as IATF 16949, VDA, OHSAS.
