We are currently seeking reliable, compassionate caregivers who are available EVERY WEEKDAY for DAY SHIFTS.
**MUST HAVE A DRIVER'S LICENSE & RELIABLE VEHICLE**
Applicants must have a valid driver's license and reliable vehicle to be considered. Transporting clients is a required part of this position. Caregivers must be comfortable safely driving clients to appointments, errands, activities, and other necessary destinations.
PERSONAL CARE SERVICES
- Bathing, assistance with dressing, nail and skin care, back care, foot care, shampooing, and oral hygiene.
- Assistance with ambulation, transfers, range-of-motion exercises, safe use of equipment and assistive devices, and repositioning.
- Assistance with toileting and incontinence care.
- Meal planning, preparation, and assistance with feeding.
- Emotional support and motivation through conversation, encouragement, and recreational activities.
- Maintaining appropriate agency records.
- Conducting oneself professionally and following agency policies.
- Following infection-control and safety procedures.
HOUSEHOLD MANAGEMENT
- Light housekeeping, including changing bed linens, vacuuming, sweeping, dusting, and taking out garbage.
- Cleaning the client's bathroom and kitchen as needed.
- Personal laundry for the client.
- Grocery shopping and other client-related errands.
- Transportation of clients to appointments, errands, activities, and other approved destinations.
- Other duties as mutually agreed upon by the client, caregiver, and agency.

REQUIREMENTS
- A genuine passion for helping seniors live their best lives possible
- High school diploma or GED
- Previous experience providing in-home or facility-based care for seniors
- Dementia care experience preferred
- Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle
- Ability and willingness to transport clients is required
- CNA license is a plus
- CPR certification
- Negative TB (PPD) test results or chest X-ray
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Physical, visual, and hearing abilities sufficient to meet the physical care needs of clients
