Position Overview:
Serve as the first point of contact for residents, families, visitors, staff, and healthcare providers. This role supports daily administrative operations while creating a welcoming, professional, and compassionate environment.
Schedule: 4pm - Midnight
Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and assist residents, visitors, vendors, and staff
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Manage front desk operations and visitor sign-in procedures
• Provide information about facility services, visiting hours, and resident locations
