The Senior Project Manager leads complex, multi-workstream implementations, manages elevated delivery and financial risk, and serves as a mentor and coach for Project Managers while maintaining hands-on delivery accountability through disciplined planning, inspection, and governance aligned to Boyer PMO standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead complex Microsoft Business Solutions implementations with parallel workstreams
- Own delivery risk, margin protection, and stakeholder alignment
- Drive advanced governance and inspection practices
- Serve as escalation point for Project Managers and delivery teams
- Lead sponsor-level communications and decision forums
- Coach and mentor Project Managers on PMO standards and delivery discipline
- Contribute to PMO maturity, tooling, and process improvements

- Stabilization of complex or at-risk projects
- Improved forecast accuracy and margin protection
- Measurable uplift in PM capability
Compensation & Benefits
This role includes a base pay range listed and is eligible for performance-based bonus or incentive compensation based on role and individual performance. Bonus opportunities are defined by work group or role and may be paid monthly, quarterly, bi-annually, or annually. All bonus and incentive compensation are performance-based and not guaranteed.

- 7–10 years project management experience in enterprise or professional services delivery
- Proven experience leading high-risk or complex Microsoft implementations
- Demonstrated ability to stabilize challenged projects
- Strong executive communication and leadership presence
- PMP certification preferred
