Position Summary:
The Industrial Electrical Foreman leads electrical teams in the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems in industrial settings. This role requires extensive travel and collaboration with mechanical teams. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong technical skills and a commitment to safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities:
· Manage installation of power distribution, motor controls, PLCs, and lighting.
· Ensure compliance with NEC, OSHA, and industry standards.
· Perform inspections, testing, and commissioning.
· Support setup of compressors, pumps, conveyors, and other machinery.
· Wire and commission electrical components integrated into mechanical systems.
· Lead and mentor electricians and apprentices.
· Monitor performance and ensure high-quality, timely work.
· Collaborate with project managers and review schematics and diagrams.
· Manage materials and ensure proper storage and availability.
· Enforce OSHA regulations and safe work practices.
· Diagnose and repair electrical and mechanical faults.
· Conduct preventative maintenance and regular equipment checks.

Qualifications:
· High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification preferred.
· 5+ years of industrial electrical experience.
· 2+ years of supervisory experience.
· Journeyman or Master Electrician license (preferred).
· Experience with motors, conveyors, pumps, and mechanical systems.
· Strong understanding of NEC, OSHA, and industrial safety standards.
· Proficient in reading schematics and mechanical diagrams.
· Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
· Work in confined spaces, at heights, and in extreme weather.
· Stand, walk, bend, kneel, and climb ladders for extended periods.
· Work in noisy, fast-paced environments with active equipment.
