Position Title: Concrete Finisher

Hourly Pay: Negotiable, experience based
90-day Benchmark Bonus: Available to new hires, details will be given at initial interview
Job Summary We are looking for concrete finishers to join our team! As a finisher, you would be responsible for prepping, forming, and finishing various concrete hard surface types (walks, drive, curbs, ADA ramps, etc.) within the limits of cities and other municipalities.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities
- Dig-out, grading, forming, and finishing concrete
- Assist with other duties assigned by the coordinator and/or foreman
- Operate hand-tools or power tools as needed
- Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with all safety procedures, rules, and regulations
Requirements
- Three years of experience preferred, but not required
- Valid driver license
- Satisfactory driving record (MVR check will be conducted prior to hire)
- Ability to lift 50 pounds, squat and stand for long periods of time
- Must be able to pass pre-employment and random drug screens in accordance with company policy and DOT regulations
- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening
- Team player with a safety mindset
- Willing to work overtime and weekends
