What You’ll Do
- Professionally answer and manage a multi-line phone system while providing exceptional customer service.
- Assist with caregiver scheduling and staffing as needed (training provided).
- Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
- Assist with recruiting efforts, including conducting caregiver interviews as needed under the supervision of the Agency Director.
- Work closely with the care management team to ensure outstanding service for our clients and caregivers.
- Prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Help solve scheduling challenges and respond to changing priorities with professionalism and efficiency.
- Participate in an after-hours on-call rotation every other week to assist with urgent client and caregiver scheduling needs.

- Advanced computer skills with strong proficiency in Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.
- Excellent customer service, verbal communication, and phone etiquette.
- Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking abilities.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-starter with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.

- Professional, dependable, and able to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team.
