Position Summary
We're looking for a Front Office MVP who is ready to bring their A-game to our Human Resources team! This position serves as the first point of contact for visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees while providing administrative support to the HR department. The ideal candidate is welcoming, highly organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys balancing a variety of responsibilities throughout the day.
When the front desk isn't busy, you'll assist with a wide range of Human Resources projects and administrative tasks, helping support recruiting, onboarding, employee engagement, HR records, and other department initiatives. Front Desk Playbook
- Answer incoming calls with professionalism, enthusiasm, and exceptional customer service.
- Direct calls to the appropriate department or team member.
- Greet visitors, candidates, vendors, and employees with a friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Assist with visitor check-in procedures and maintain visitor logs as needed.
- Keep the front office clean, organized, and ready for game day.
- Receive and distribute mail and packages.
- Help maintain conference rooms and common front office areas.
HR Support Playbook
- Assist with new hire onboarding activities, paperwork, and orientation preparation.
- Support recruiting efforts by scheduling interviews, coordinating candidate visits, and preparing interview materials.
- Maintain accurate employee records and assist with HR filing and document management.
- Prepare employment-related documents, letters, and reports.
- Assist with employee events, recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and company activities.
- Help coordinate training sessions, meetings, and HR communications.
- Support benefits administration and other HR processes as directed.
- Complete a variety of administrative and special projects to support the Human Resources team.
- Maintain confidentiality when handling employee information and sensitive documents.
- Provide general administrative support to the HR department as business needs require.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and Teams).
- Previous administrative, receptionist, office support, or Human Resources experience preferred.
- Experience providing outstanding customer service.
- High School Diploma or GED required; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.
