Summary
Oversees and maintains test chamber inventory and job status. Employs NetSuite ERP system to complete chamber jobs and integrate them into the inventory system. Performs cycle counts and makes necessary adjustments to inventory levels within NetSuite.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Reviews jobs, customer orders, service orders and work orders to ensure accuracy and on time completion.
· Preps and finalizes job orders.
· Processes and tracks service orders on a daily basis.
· Processes service orders with on-hand inventory, both physical and in NetSuite, and delivers them to the shipping department.
· Performs data entry tasks, including maintaining routings, issuing stock requests, and other related duties.
· Contributes to the development of work orders.
· Completes Kanban workorders in NetSuite and brings the product into inventory.
· Other duties as assigned.

Education
· High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.
Skills and Experience
· Basic computer skills required.
· Ability to read a tape measure required.
· Must be able to drive a forklift or willing to learn (onsite training will be provided).
· Previous experience with NetSuite is preferred.
· Previous forklift experience preferred.
· Previous experience in a manufacturing support role is preferred.
