We are now accepting applications for a ECommerce Support Associate in Valle Crucis, NC.

Leads, coaches, trains, and manages by example. Understands, articulates and models how to work effectively in a team environment. Exudes and promotes a positive attitude and positive energy every day with both the staff and the guest and employees. Builds and maintains favorable working relationships at all levels. Is dedicated to learning from others, sharing information and asking questions. Demonstrates professionalism in work, dress, language and behavior. They responsibly embrace and adapt to change in work environments and processes.

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Some essential duties include but are not limited to the following:

· Answers telephone inquiries in a positive, professional manner

· Responds promptly to email inquiries and creates/manages tickets in the ticketing system

· Interacts with guest via Live Chat in a timely, positive, professional manner

· Determines the guest’s needs and provides appropriate solutions

· Provides support and assistance to stores during the fulfillment process

· Processes online or phone sales correctly

· Facilitates exchanges within the inventory management system and coordinates activities with the stores

· Communicates website and system errors

· Assists with product onboarding tasks as requested/needed

· Reviews product reviews for final approval and placement on the website

· Emphasizes the selling points of the product such as quality and utility

· Becomes familiar with the Mast Store website
