You’re a great fit for this role if you love…

  • Supporting Room Attendants by delivering linens, amenities, and supplies throughout the day. 
  • Maintaining cleanliness in hallways, public areas, service closets, and back-of-house spaces. 
  • Responding quickly to requests for towels, pillows, rollaways, cribs, and other guest needs. 
  • Keeping storage rooms, closets and laundry areas organized and well-stocked.
  •  Assisting with trash removal, linen transport, and other essential tasks that keep the department moving.
  •  Jumping in wherever needed—whether that means helping flip a room, tackling a spill, or solving the tiny tornadoes that come with a busy hotel day. 
  • Communicating maintenance issues, supply shortages, and guest opportunities clearly and promptly. 
  • Creating a positive, dependable presence that helps the entire Housekeeping team succeed. 
  • Taking pride in the behind-the-scenes details guests may not always see—but always feel.

  • You bring dependability, organization, and a service-first mindset to every shift. 

Work Environment and Physical Requirements

  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, push, pull, and move throughout the shift. 
  • Ability to work in guest hallways, public spaces, laundry areas, storage rooms, and back-of-house environments. 
  • Ability to lift, carry, or move items such as linens, supplies, trash, furniture, and cleaning equipment. 
  • Ability to use cleaning products and equipment safely and according to procedures. 
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced hotel environment while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
