The ChartPro team provides healthcare facility secure, compliant specialist-managed ROI management. ChartPro handles all aspects Release of Information workflow so that our clients can focus on patient care.
We currently have openings for:
- Release of Information (ROI) Specialist
- Customer Service Representative
- Audit Specialist
Positions are full time - day shift Monday - Friday with occasional voluntary weekend work.
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent. Experience with medical records and/or customer service strongly preferred.
